Mike had over twenty years experience in financial management and credit management before helping to found M. Leco & Associates, Inc. He manages the executive administration and oversees the finance and technology of the organization.

Gerry oversees the Operations and Information Technology departments and has special expertise in Medicare Transfer DRGs and APC Revenue Recovery. He has over ten years experience in information technology with the last five in the healthcare industry.

Jim is an investment banker with over thirty years of experience in financial management and business development. He specializes in the areas of electrical power generation and healthcare consulting. Jim currently directs the strategic growth initiative of M. Leco & Associates, Inc.

Joyce graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in finance. She completed all of the test requirements for a CPA. She has been with M. Leco & Associates since 1984 in various levels of increasing responsibility. She is now responsible for all financial planning, reporting and control.

Gregg is a Registered Nurse with over fifteen years experience in nursing including ten years in a major trauma center emergency department. He joined M. Leco & Associates in 1989 as a lost charge auditor. He helped create and implement our managed care recovery and our charge process improvement services. Gregg now manages all of our charge process improvement services and our coding services.

Jamie is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She had seven years experience working for healthcare insurers before she joined M. Leco & Associates in 1999. Jamie now manages our managed care, denied claims and transfer DRG revenue recovery departments.

Jennifer is a graduate of Carlow College. She began working at M. Leco & Associates in 1996 while still a high school student. Jennifer now manages our lost charge recovery services.
