Welcome to the Leco Lost Charge Project Information pages. Leco & Associates works with hundreds of hospitals throughout the country ranging in size from very small institutions to some of the largest, most prestigious university systems. The process starts when the Discharge List, Managed Care Contract Matrix, and Chargemaster are received and when remote access is established. The project coordinator will identify the accounts from the discharge list for the review.

During the review we identify undercharges, overcharges, and documentations errors. We will rebill the lost charges. Our collection department will perform all of the necessary follow up activities, which ultimately result in revenue recovery.
